Now taking Reservations for Picklewall

This is a trial run to accommodate the increase in requests for pickleball time indoors.
  • Reservations can be made for court 2 on Mondays and Fridays.
  • Please check in at the office before utilizing facility to go over policies & procedures.
  • CRPD code of conduct must be followed at all times (copy can be provided upon request in front office).
  • Non-marking sneakers must be worn while using a court. NO black-soled shoes allowed on the courts.
  • Stairways, doorways, and aisles must be kept clear and free of obstructions at all times.
  • The reservation space being accessed by the party must be left clean and free of litter.
  • No amplified sound is allowed.
  • No food or beverages are allowed inside court; only water is permitted.
  • Reservations start at the top of the hour and conclude on the 59-minute mark. Late entry is allowed but the reservation end time does not change. Please enter and exit the facility promptly. 
  • Reservations are revocable immediately without refund if any individual willfully violates any rule or regulation established by CRPD.
  • Full payment must be made when you book the court. No court times will be held pending payment.
  • The office can't make change; exact payment is required.
  • There is a 48-hour court cancellation policy. If you cancel a court less than 48 hours in advance, the court fee will be forfeited. Please note that if you make a reservation within 48 hours of the court time you are not eligible to reschedule or be refunded for the time.
  • Lockers are for day use only. Please bring your own lock and remove it after use.
  • When playing, only four players may be on a court at a time.
  • Please turn off the court lights at the end of your reservation to help us save energy.

Follow the steps below to reserve a Court:

1. If you are using a MOBILE DEVICE, make sure it is in LANDSCAPE mode.

2. Click REGISTER and create an account. If you have an existing account with CRPD, you can click SIGN IN and use your existing log-in information.

3. Click COURT 
AND GAMEROOM PROCEDURES to view the court layouts, important information, and facility procedures.

4. Click AVAILABILITY CALENDAR to select a facility and view the available days, courts, and times. What you see online is what is available for court reservations.

5. Click RESERVE when you find a day and time that work best for you. You have the ability to add multiple courts before you pay.

6. Click the checkbox confirming you understand our REFUND/CANCELLATION policy before submitting your payment.

    - All reserved court times are final and NO REFUNDS will be given.
    - A one-time RESCHEDULE is available 48 hours prior to the reservation.
    - To reschedule a court, visit your Reservation History and click reschedule.

REMINDERSA valid photo ID is REQUIRED at the time of your reservation.


Racquetball Court Information


Important Reservation Information

Reservations - Court times can be booked seven days in advance starting at 8:00am. Court reservations may be made online or by calling the community center at 805-381-2793. Full payment must be made upon booking.

Reservation Cancellation - Court times may not be rescheduled or refunded within 48 hours of the reservation.  Courts Fees are non-refundable if cancelled less then 48 hours in advance.  Please call the community center at (805) 381-2793 to process a refund for a court prior to the 48 hour cut off time.

The online system will allow you to reschedule an upcoming reservation.  You may reschedule a reservation only once.  Reservations that are eligible to be changed will have a reschedule option box next to them in your Reservation History.  You will only have the option to change the existing reservation to a  date that is currently listed on the availability calendar at the time you reschedule.

A non-prime time reservation moving to a prime time reservation will require an additional payment at the time of rescheduling.

A prime time reservation moving to a non-prime time reservation cannot be processed online.  Please call the community to assist you in rescheduling.

Challenge Court

The Challenge Court is offered to promote the sport of racquetball and provide all players the opportunity to advance their skills by competing against a variety of other players. An environment of courtesy, fun, exercise, challenge, and demonstration of skills is the aim of the Challenge Court. Challenge play takes place on Fridays from 6:00 - 10:00pm. This is a great way to meet new players; all players are welcome and encouraged to play!

Games are played to 11 points with pro-scoring (each side out scores a point). When a player loses the match, they must leave the court & place their name at the bottom of either court's sign-up sheet to re-enter the challenge matches. The winner of the challenge remains on the court to play the next person on the sign-up sheet. A winner may only play three consecutive games before they must leave the court and place their name at the bottom of the sign-up sheet. All players and observers must check into the community center office.

Policies & Procedures

  • Courts are for racquetball, handball, and wallyball use only.  No other sports are permitted.

  • Groups are responsible for returning all facility equipment to designated locations, and removal of personal equipment.

  • A 48-hour advanced cancellation will result in a check being mailed to the player or credit card being refunded.
  • When booking a court time, please be sure to specify AM or PM.
  • When arriving for a court, players may use the intercom system by the door to check-in. Simply push the button and give the last name on the reservation.
