Important Reservation Information

Currently only reserving Courts for Basketball no other sports permitted.

Reservation Cancellation - Refunds for reservations will not be issued.  Up to 48 hours prior to your scheduled time you will be able to transfer any existing reservation ONE time to another day/time pending availability. Reservations within 48 hour window are non-transferable.
Identification Check -  Photo ID at check-in.

Reservation Duration - Reservations start at the top of the hour and conclude on the 50-minute mark.  Late entry will be allowed but the facility will need to be cleared on the 50-minute mark to allow for cleaning prior to next reservation.  Please enter and exit facility promptly. 

Reservation Check-in - All participants will be allowed into the facility 5 minutes prior to their reservation time for check-in. Once checked in, you will be asked to wait in the designated staging area until the reserved area is clear of the previous users. Do not enter until participants from previous reservation have exited. Health screening per current state and county guidelines will be followed.

Waiver - A completed Hold Harmless, Waiver, Consent, and Acknowledgement of COVID-19 Precautions must be submitted for all individuals participating in the court or game room rental. Minors attending a court or gameroom reservation with another household must provide a signed waiver by a parent/guardian.

Rules and Regulations for Court and Game Room Rentals

  • Reservations require an individual age 18 or over with a valid photo ID to sign a Facility Use and Inherent Risk Waiver upon entry and remain with the group for duration of reservation.
  • Thousand Oaks Teen Center: An adult must be present at the time of check-in to sign the waiver. If any group member is under age 12, the adult must remain with the group.     
  • Everyone entering the facility must adhere to the 6' physical distancing guidelines when interacting with persons outside of their household.
  • While inside the facility, everyone must wear a cloth face covering (except when drinking water).
  • Maximum attendance is limited to a total of six (6) persons from up to three (3) households. No additional spectators. 
  • Non-marking sneakers must be worn while using a court.
  • Stairways, doorways, and aisles must be kept clear and free of obstructions at all times.
  • The reservation space being accessed by the party must be left clean and free of litter.
  • No amplified sound is allowed.         
  • No food or beverages are allowed; only water is permitted.
  • Reservations start at the top of the hour and conclude on the 50-minute mark. Late entry is allowed but the reservation end time does not change. Please enter and exit the facility promptly. 
  • Reservations are for recreational purposes only (no private or team practices or instruction).
  • Reservations are revocable immediately without refund if any individual willfully violates any rule or regulation established by CRPD.
  • Groups are responsible for returning all facility equipment to designated locations, and removal of personal equipment.
