Frequently Asked Questions for Courts (FAQs)


1. How much does it cost to reserve a court? $20.00

Can I bring friends from different households to use the court? Yes. Up to THREE households can play together during a reserved court time. Max of 6 people.

3. How far in advance can I reserve a court? 7 days out starting at 8:00am. Reservation times vary per center.    

4. How long is my reservation for? Reservation times start at the top of the hour and end on the 50-minute mark.  You will be asked to promptly exit the facility in order for it to be cleaned and sanitized prior to the next reservation.

5. If I am not a resident of the Conejo Valley can I still reserve a court? Yes.

6. Can I walk in and get a court? No

7. If I am late, do I still have a court? Yes, late entry will be allowed but the facility will need to be cleared on the 50-minute mark to allow for cleaning prior to next reservation.  Please enter and exit facility promptly. 

8. How do I cancel or transfer a reservation? Reservations are non-refundable. Pending availability you have the option of rescheduling up to 48 hours of your scheduled time. If you are within 48 hours of your reservation time this option will no longer be available.  Please call the center if you are unable to make your reservation. 

9. Does the Community Center have locker rooms? No.

10. Am I able to make a reservation over the phone? Yes. You must provide a credit card over the phone to reserve a court. Currently, office hours are limited and vary per center.

1. How much does it cost to reserve the Gameroom? $40.00

2. Can I share the Gameroom with friends?
Yes. Up to THREE households can play together during a reserved time. Max of 6 people.

3. Do you have a Student Discount? No.

4. How far in advance can I reserve the Gameroom? 7 days out.
