If your child is under the age of 3, we recommend starting with at least one session of Parent/Child. This class introduces fundamental water skills, including movement along the wall, blowing bubbles, breath-holding, kicking, floating, arm strokes, and underwater exploration. Participants should feel comfortable in shallow water and be able to follow verbal instructions.

Participants must meet the following skill prerequisites to enroll:

• Enter and exit the pool using the stairs (assisted).
• Hold their breath under water.
• Float on their back (assisted).
• Swim on their front and back (assisted).

This class requires at least two participants to run at the current fee. If only one participant is enrolled, the class will be converted into a one-on-one lesson with an additional fee.
