We will start with the basics: footwork, triple threat position, ball handling, shooting form, passing, man-to-man defense, and basic game rules. Communication is essential, so we will also teach each player how to work with others in small-sided games, which will help them both on and off the court. Each session will end with at least 10 minutes of gameplay where the athletes learn to manage independently.
